A Step Above - Special Needs Homeschool Parent Training

If you're on your own for your homeschool journey and you have a child with special, I understand it can be VERY overwhelming to figure out where to start, what to teach, how to teach it, and where to go next. Homeschool parent trainings are designed for someone who is feeling overwhelmed or stuck when it comes to homeschooling. Maybe you're not sure what skills to teach. Maybe you're having a hard time getting your child to attend to any type of school work. I'm here to help!

According to the Home School Legal Defense Association, having a private special education professional to support you in your home school journey can help you in so many ways, such as supporting in progress monitoring or end-of-the-year assessments, which may be required by your state.

Prior to our trainings, I will ask you about your child's current skills/present levels and your current challenges. With this information, I will create personalized slides with links to resources that will guide us through our training session. I want things to be easily accessible for your after our session!

If you're in need of a 1 time training session or maybe you'd like to meet once a month, it's up to you! I'm confident in my ability to walk parents through homeschool instruction, including those with children with significant disabilities, including profound autism. We will come up with a meaningful plan that you feel confident about!

Session Rate - $110/hour per parent training session (this covers the time for our session, as well as the time it takes for me to curate an individualized plan/slides for you to have access)
